Service Provider: bookdubaisafari.com acts as a booking platform and tour operator providing desert safari packages, off-road activities, chauffeur transfers, and related tourism services within Dubai and the United Arab Emirates.

Acceptance: Completing a booking or submitting payment indicates full acceptance of all terms, policies, and health/safety guidelines stated on this page.

Booking, Pricing & Payment

Booking Confirmation: Bookings are subject to vehicle and activity availability. A booking is considered official and confirmed only upon receipt of an automated email confirmation or direct communication via WhatsApp/SMS.

Pricing & Currency: All prices displayed on bookdubaisafari.com are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated. Prices are inclusive of applicable local taxes, including Value Added Tax (VAT), where required by UAE law.

Payment Methods: Full payment or an agreed booking deposit must be made using major credit cards, debit cards, or approved online payment gateways prior to tour departure. Cash-on-pickup payments are subject to prior written approval.

Inaccuracies: We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or update package details on our website at any time without prior notice.

Cancellation, Refund & No-Show Policy

Cancellation Deadlines:

• 24 Hours or More Prior to Pickup: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time qualify for a 100% full refund.
• Less than 24 Hours Prior to Pickup: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable and incur a 100% cancellation fee.

No-Show Policy: Guests must be ready at the designated hotel lobby or agreed pickup location at the specified pickup time. Drivers will wait for a maximum grace period of 15 minutes. Failure to arrive within this window will be classified as a "No-Show" with no refund or rescheduling provided.

Refund Processing: All approved refunds will be credited back to the original card or payment method used during booking. Processing times typically range between 7 to 14 business days, depending on card-issuing banks.

Itinerary Alterations & Force Majeure

Operator Modifications: We reserve the right to adjust routes, modify schedules, or alter inclusions due to severe sandstorms, extreme weather conditions, mechanical issues, road closures, or official government orders.

Force Majeure Cancellations: If an activity or tour is canceled entirely by us due to extreme weather, safety risks, or force majeure events, guests will be offered the choice of a full refund or an alternative date. No additional compensation will be provided for third-party travel costs or external arrangements.

Guest Conduct, Health Restrictions & Safety

Physical Health Conditions: Desert safari activities—particularly high-intensity dune bashing, quad biking, and camel riding—involve rough terrain and sudden motion.

• Pregnant women, individuals with severe back or neck problems, guests with cardiac conditions, or those who have recently undergone major surgery are strongly advised against participating in dune bashing or off-road driving.

Guest Responsibilities: Participants must strictly follow all safety instructions provided by our drivers, instructors, and camp personnel.

Prohibited Items & Behavior: Illegal substances, weapons, and unauthorized hazardous materials are strictly banned on all tours. Excessive alcohol consumption or rowdy/disruptive behavior toward staff or other guests will result in immediate termination of the tour without refund.

Quad Biking & Dune Buggy Operations

Self-Drive Acknowledgement: Quad biking and dune buggy rides are self-driven off-road sports. Guests who operate or ride as passengers in these vehicles do so entirely at their own risk and assume full personal liability for their safety.

Age Requirements:

• Drivers: Must be at least 16 years old to operate a single-seater quad bike or dune buggy.
• Passengers: Minimum age for buggy passengers is 6 years old. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Mandatory Safety Gear & Briefing:

• All riders must wear protective helmets and safety gear provided by our team at all times during vehicle operation.
• Participation in the pre-ride safety briefing is mandatory. Drivers must follow instructor guidance, maintain designated speeds, and stay behind lead vehicles on designated tracks.

Zero Tolerance for Reckless Driving:

• Substances: Operating any vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or intoxicating substances is strictly illegal under UAE law and forbidden on our premises. Operators reserve the right to deny service without refund if intoxication is suspected.
• Dangerous Stunts: Racing, sharp drifting, tailgating, or deliberate collisions with other vehicles or natural dunes are strictly forbidden. Instructors retain full authority to terminate a guest's ride immediately for unsafe conduct without refund.

Equipment Damage & Financial Liability:

• Drivers are personally liable for any physical damage caused to the vehicle (quad bike/dune buggy) or equipment resulting from misuse, negligence, reckless driving, or failure to follow instructor guidelines.
• Repair costs for damages caused by rider error will be assessed and billed directly to the responsible participant.

Insurance & Liability

Vehicle & Operator Insurance: All passenger vehicles used for transfers and dune bashing maintain full commercial public liability insurance in compliance with Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) and Dubai Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) regulations.

Personal Travel Insurance Recommendation: While our operator liability insurance covers standard passenger vehicle transport, we strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive personal travel insurance. Personal policies should explicitly include an adventure sports or off-road rider to cover optional activities such as quad biking, dune buggies, camel riding, and emergency medical repatriation.

Personal Belongings: We accept no responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of personal items (including cameras, mobile phones, bags, and jewelry) left inside vehicles or at desert camps during the tour.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, bookdubaisafari.com, its management, and operating partners accept no liability for personal injury, illness, property loss, or accidental injury resulting from non-compliance with instructor guidelines or participation in voluntary adventure activities.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the local laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.
